The Critical and Strategic Raw Materials Regulation: obligations and opportunities for companies

Coming Soon

Overview

The Executive Course on the Critical and Strategic Raw Materials Regulation addresses the implications of European legislation for the activity of companies that use these types of resources.

Part of the Green Deal and the Circular Economy Action Plan, the Regulation aims to ensure access to a secure, resilient and sustainable supply of critical raw materials, fostering efficiency and circularity throughout the value chain.

Among the measures of great importance established by the Regulation, there are the reduction of the risk of supply disruptions and the simultaneous pursuit of a high level of environmental protection and sustainability. Critical and strategic raw materials include, among others, copper, lithium, cobalt and rare earths.

The course is mainly aimed at sustainability professionals working in the manufacturing sectors involved in the Critical and Strategic Raw Materials Regulation.
