Overview

Valore P.A. is a training project promoted by INPS which, through training courses held by various universities and aimed at public employees , aims to generate value within the Public Administration system.

 

ALTIS The Graduate School of Sustainable Management, together with CeCAP (Research Centre for Change in Public Administrations), has been accredited as a qualified entity for the delivery of training on behalf of Università Cattolica. Every year, ALTIS offers thematic courses expressly aimed at employees of Public Administrations and focused on topics of great relevance and relevance for the good management of their Institution.

 

Recipients

 

The following can participate in the P.A. Value Courses provided by ALTIS:

  • Employees of the Public Administrations of Lombardy, Emilia Romagna and Lazio (enrolled in the Unitary Management of Credit and Social Services and in the Magistral Assistance Management) who work in Institutions that have joined the Valore PA program, financed by INPS. Click here.

Course Highlights

  • Recognized training at no cost
    The PA Value Courses are INPS accredited and valid for the compulsory training of public employees, free of charge for the participant.
  • Skills that can be immediately spent in the PA
    Up-to-date courses on key PA issues, with practical content, real cases and useful tools for daily work.
  • Academic excellence of Università Cattolica
    With university professors and experts from the public sector, for solid, concrete and multidisciplinary training.

Program

Participants will refer to the Milan campuses of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

 

Lectures will be held between March and September 2026. Detailed calendars will be provided directly to participants.

Team Management: teamwork to innovate the PA

Teamwork and development of the ability to communicate and use digital tools that encourage the sharing of work even remotely.
Relationship and conflict management.

Smart communication: creating editorial communication products to inform and build listening processes

Effective communication: use of the new means of public communication with citizens through an innovative approach. Rules and tools for communicating through social media.

Human resources management in organizational contexts: enhancing vertical skills and soft skills

Personnel, organization and reform of the Public Administration.
Planning, measurement and evaluation of performance.

Managing European projects: the role of the project manager

Planning and management of European funds.
Techniques for implementing innovative and successful initiatives to support development - Sustainable development and ecological transition.
