Sustainability in the aviation sector is evolving within a global environment marked by geopolitical instability, shifting energy transition strategies, growing regulatory complexity, and a slowdown in ESG commitments across some markets. These dynamics make it increasingly challenging for stakeholders to align priorities and require organizations to adopt agile and adaptive approaches to sustainable transformation.
Building on the collaboration developed with ALTIS over the past years and the results achieved together, Air France KLM is renewing its commitment to engaging key stakeholders in a shared effort to advance the sustainable transition of the aviation industry.
The objective is clear: to foster collaboration across the entire aviation value chain and accelerate the adoption of responsible practices, starting with the development and scaling of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) as a critical enabler of decarbonization.
Sustainable air mobility is not solely the responsibility of airlines. It requires the active involvement of institutions, regulators, airports, fuel producers, businesses, travel managers, and passengers. Only through coordinated action and sustainability-driven decision-making can aviation continue to serve as a driver of economic and social progress while creating long-term value for future generations.
These challenges and opportunities will be at the heart of the 4th Collaborative Aviation LAB, a forum designed to encourage dialogue among national and international institutions, airports, airlines, SAF producers, travel managers, and corporate stakeholders. The event aims to facilitate the exchange of perspectives, identify shared priorities, and explore practical solutions to support the sustainable transformation of air transport.
This is an invitation-only event.
