Overview

The Project Manager in Public Administration Course is carried out in collaboration with UNI – Italian Standardization Body to accompany participants in a conscious way to the certification exam of skills in project management.

It is aimed at managers and officials of public administrations, alumni of the Master in Management and Innovation of Local Public Administrations (MIPA) and Central Public Administrations (MIPAC) and alumni of the Valore PA courses who intend to deepen the reference standards of Project Management (UNI 11648 and UNI ISO 21500) in view of the certification of their skills. A goal that is gaining more and more relevance and interest for PA professionals.

Requirements

To verify the requirements necessary to obtain certification as a Project Manager (years of proven experience in the role of PM and attendance of at least 35 hours of training on the subject) it is necessary to contact the certifying body directly, which will assess its consistency. For the scheduled exam date, participants will be able to take advantage of the exam sessions that will take place in the weeks following the course.

Course Highlights

Practical simulation of the exam tests for the certification as Project Manager.
Agreement with UNI for free access to the UNI 11648 (professional profile of the Project Manager) and UNI ISO 21502 (project management) standards .
Agreement to take the certification exam of Project Manager skills with CEPAS, a company of Bureau Veritas Italia, an independent third-party certification body.

Program

The course, lasting 4 hours, will be live streamed on Friday, February 27, 2026 and is divided into two sessions that will cover respectively:

In-depth study of legislation and content by ALTIS professors and UNI professionals;
Simulation of questions and examination methods.
