Common Home 2026: the international conference on regenerative leadership in Milan

On 16 April 2026, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan will host Common Home 2026, an international event dedicated to regenerative leadership, promoted by the Regenerative Marketing Institute and Assoholding, in partnership with ALTIS. The event will bring together thought leaders, academics, business professionals, and innovators to explore new leadership models focused on sustainability and positive impact.

On 16 April 2026, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan will host Common Home 2026, an international event dedicated to regenerative leadership, promoted by the Regenerative Marketing Institute and Assoholding, in partnership with ALTIS – Graduate School of Sustainable Management. The event will bring together thought leaders, academics, business professionals, and innovators to explore new leadership models focused on sustainability and positive impact.

Following previous editions held at LUISS University in Rome and University College London (UCL), Common Home arrives in Milan for the first time with this year's theme: "Regenerative Leadership. What the World Needs Now."

The event will provide a platform for dialogue between academia, businesses, and changemakers, fostering discussion on the forms of leadership required to address the social, environmental, and economic challenges of our time.

Common Home is a non-profit initiative aimed at promoting an international conversation around leadership models capable of creating long-term value while placing people, communities, and a sustainable future at the center of decision-making.

The programme will feature international speakers, expert discussions, and a dedicated session showcasing innovative startups presenting solutions designed to foster regeneration and positive impact.

The Milan event marks the first stop of the 2026 international Common Home journey, which will continue on 6 May 2026 at the UCL School of Management in London.
