2. "Building an administrative programme through involvement of citizens and the generation of consensus"

The definition of an administration programme represents the overall framework of planned commitments which are taken on, for and on behalf of society. The course aims to: provide an overview of the techniques for mapping and involving citizens and stakeholders; offer some basic tools for conducting a campaign of widespread political communication, customised for all segments of the population; study and analyse a number of successful cases.

3. "Assessment of public administration personnel in terms of performance, knowledge, management and development of human capital"

This course aims to provide the conceptual and operational tools to manage effectively the so-called "performance cycle" and to develop fully the function of personnel assessment, so as to integrate the results into a path of overall improvement of the processes of planning, management and reporting carried out in public administrations.

4. "Methods of managing IT projects"

This course aims to illustrate the methodological tools needed to lead, within an organisation, the process of analysis, implementation and management of an Information Technology project. In order to promote the internalisation of the methodology on the part of the participants and the immediate transferability of the method learned to their organisations, concrete cases suggested by the participants and shared before the commencement of the course will be used.
