Docente a contratto presso l’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore per i corsi di marketing, marketing dei servizi e marketing internazionale sulla Facoltà di Economia e sulla Facoltà di Comunicazione per le Imprese i Media e le Organizzazioni Complesse, lauree triennali, specialistiche e master sia in italiano che in inglese. Program Manager del Master in International Marketing Management in lingua inglese, ora alla sua 5° edizione. Assegnista di ricerca e prima Dottore di ricerca in marketing per le strategie d’impresa presso l’Università degli Studi di Bergamo. Ha pubblicato articoli su riviste internazionali e nazionali (tra cui Industrial Marketing Management e Mercati e Competitività). Reviewer per Mercati e Competitività, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management. In ambito di ricerca si occupa di servizi (servizi sanitari), qualità, innovazione di servizio, service network, customer satisfaction e well-being, telemedicina e service blueprint, nonché di start up innovative. Dal 2002 collabora con Centrimark, Centro di Ricerche di Marketing dell’Università Cattolica.

Adjunct professor in the Department of Business Administration, Catholic University of Milan. She has teaching courses of marketing, international marketing and service marketing in the Bachelor degree and in the Master degree both in Italian and in English. Program Manager of the International Marketing Management Master entirely taught in English, now at its 5th edition. She is involved in research projects in the field of services and specifically for health services with particular reference to the issues of quality, service innovation, service network, customer satisfaction and well-being, telemedicine and tele-health and service blueprint and has a particular interest in innovative startups. Reviewer in the editorial board of magazines such as Mercati e Competitività, Journal of Business and Industrial Marketing, Industrial Marketing Management. She graduated from Catholic University in 2002, received a PhD in marketing from University of Bergamo in 2007 and a 3 year Post Doc in Marketing with a project related to Healthcare services from Catholic University and since 2002 collaborates with Centrimark, the Catholic University Marketing Research Centre Centro.
