Partner companies

The SMGB Master provides young international graduates with the skills and networking to accelerate the entry into the global market.

Didactics and practice

The Master is designed not only to learn knowledge, but also to put it into practice and experiment. In this direction, we have developed partnerships with some companies that will be directly involved in teaching and will work closely with the students.

In particular, during the master there will be:

Four "Labs of practice"

The labs represent the practical evolution of a university course. They integrate academic teaching and experience of partner companies: with field visits at the company headquarters students will have the opportunity to understand the real organizational dynamics; also teaching activities will managed directly by company managers and students will be able to learn directly from the experience of those who live in the field.

In light of the testimony and the topic of the meeting, the students will measure their skills by creating a project work based on the reference business reality and will have the opportunity to tell their output in front of company managers. For the XIII edition there are four labs:

Corporate strategy with Rentokil Initial
Business Strategy with Capgemini Invent
Sales Strategy *
Innovation & Sustainability with Endress + Hauser

*company under definition

SAS Data & Visual Analytics competence development

Given the centrality that the "culture of data" and reporting systems have in orienting strategic decisions in the company in the best possible way, qualified teachers of SAS Institute will teach students becoming familiar with the use of some applications for data analysis and for the creation of reports in the company. At the end of the course the participants will be ready to receive a certification of competences from the SAS Institute.

Testimonials and company visits

The courses provide for the participation in the classroom of representatives of management and entrepreneurship who will share their experience with the participants. A visit to the ComoNEXt innovation hub is also planned.

Some of the main companies involved in the educational activities of the previous ones are:
VéGé Group, Nintendo Italia, NTT Data, Irinox, WAMI, Lenovo, Bain & Company, C.A.M.P. SpA, Refresco Italy, Vodafone Italia, Whirpool Italia, Flixbus, Tecnocap Group, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Valuement

Career boosting

To facilitate the acceleration of the career path, participants will have access to the network of companies connected to ALTIS and will be able to participate in two dedicated paths: personal & professional development for those who aspire to a managerial career path; mentorship & business plan for those who have presented their own business idea. Both paths are developed in collaboration with three other partner companies.

Personal & Professional development

In partnership with Gi Group (the global ecosystem of HR services and consultancy that supports the development of the labor market), participants in the Master will be able to participate in:

  • HR coaching and guidance activities to encourage the development of soft skills essential for the participants' professional career through classroom interventions on personal branding, CV writing and cover letters;
  • orientation days and moments of assessment to promote awareness of the potential of the individual student;
  • moments of interview simulations and speedy speech, putting the participants in contact with the HR managers of the companies in the ALTIS network;

Ashoka Italia, in particular, will support the students:

• guaranteeing the possibility for 4 students to participate for free in the Ashoka Changemaker Summit 2023 or 2024 as an opportunity for networking and in-depth study during or at the end of the educational path.
