For the sixth year, the monitoring of the market for Corporate Welfare (WA) support service providers, launched in 2018 thanks to the availability of the ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management at Università Cattolica di Milano, continues.
The study, launched in 2018, is edited by Luca Pesenti, Associate Professor of General Sociology at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Giovanni Scansani, an expert in corporate welfare and published in collaboration with ALTIS Università Cattolica.
The update Flash Report considers the trend in 2023 and integrates the first data collected through the research "Corporate Welfare: the Provider market". The 2023 census shows the presence of 104 Providers on the market (+1 compared to 2022).
This result of substantial equilibrium should not be mistaken for a sign of stagnation. On the contrary, for the first time, a significant market entry/exit dynamic is recorded: the positive balance of a single unit is determined by the exit from the market of 8 Providers (2 "pure", 2 "hybrid" and 4 "reseller") offset by the entry of 9 new competitors, (4 "pure", 4 "hybrid" and one "reseller").
