For the fifth year, the monitoring of the market of Corporate Welfare Support Service Providers continues. The study, launched in 2018, is edited by Luca Pesenti, Associate Professor of General Sociology at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Giovanni Scansani, an expert in corporate welfare and published in collaboration with ALTIS Università Cattolica.
The update Flash Report considers the trend in 2022 and integrates the first data collected through the research "Corporate Welfare: the Provider market".
Also this year, as already emerged in 2021, the sector is experiencing a situation of stagnation: the 2022 census shows, in fact, the presence on the market of 103 Providers (-1 compared to 2021). The metropolitan area of Milan is confirmed as the preferred settlement context for Providers, with 47.31% of operators based in the Lombard capital. However, new positive aspects are also emerging, such as the entry of new players from the Fintech sector.
