Corporate welfare: the Provider market. Flash Update Report 2021

The monitoring of the market for Providers of management services to support Corporate Welfare, launched in 2018 by ALTIS Università Cattolica and Luca Pesenti, Associate Professor of General Sociology, continues for the fourth year.

For the fourth year, the monitoring of the market for Providers of management services to support Corporate Welfare (WA), launched in 2018 thanks to the collaboration between ALTIS Università Cattolica, Luca Pesenti, Associate Professor of General Sociology at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Giovanni Scansani, expert in corporate welfare.

The update Flash Report considers the trend in 2021 and integrates the first data collected through the research "Corporate Welfare: the Provider market".

In 2021, the sector of Corporate Welfare Service Providers grew very little (+1.96%), partly due to the negative economic situation due to the pandemic, and probably also due to the saturation point of the market of these subjects. Certainly, these are development values far removed from those of previous surveys (+10.9% in 2020, even +17.9% in 2019).

However, aspects of interest are also emerging, such as the entry of new players from the world of HR consulting and the Third Sector and the conversion of some Providers into Benefit Corporations .

What else has changed compared to last year? What will be the trends of 2022?
