The Cooperative Sustainability Manager Course responds to the growing need of cooperatives to develop new skills in sustainability analysis and planning , enhancing the cooperative identity also as a lever for strategic competitiveness.
The course is designed for sustainability managers in cooperative enterprises who intend to become the reference figure for ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues in their organization. Specifically, the course is aimed at:
- Managers of medium and large cooperatives, including: Cooperative Sustainability Manager; Sustainability reporting managers; ESG Communication Officers; Responsible for welfare policies and organisational well-being; Community initiatives officers, responsible for the code of ethics and Legislative Decree 231/01.
- Managers engaged in other functions: Human Resources Managers and Corporate Welfare Programs; Communication and P.R. manager; Operations managers; Investor relations managers; Responsible for stakeholder engagement activities; Mobility Manager and Energy Manager; Professionalism related to ESG issues.
To access the course, it is preferable to have obtained a bachelor's degree or to have gained a few years of experience in the field of sustainability.
