Executive Course Profession Sustainability

Overview

How do you become a manager by integrating sustainability and strategy?

Successful companies are those that know how to integrate strategic vision and sustainability, those that equip themselves with managers with solid managerial skills and an understanding of social and environmental impact.

The Master in Sustainable Business Administration responds to this need with a comprehensive course in general management that integrates, from day one, the principles of sustainability in all business areas: from marketing to finance, from supply chain to human resources management.

A course designed for young graduates with high potential who want to become managers or consultants capable of leading change, consciously choosing in which area of management to orient their career.

A complete training experience, which combines technical content, experiential learning and a strong orientation towards entering the world of work.

Teaching alternates theoretical content, exercises and field activities, thanks to a mix of tools that includes workshops with professionals, business challenges, company testimonials and days in the company.

The teaching activity includes the delivery of some courses in English.

During the course you will develop comprehensive training in the main areas of management, with a strong integration of sustainability and ESG skills.

The skills you will acquire are divided into three areas:

Managerial skills

You will gain comprehensive training in the main areas of management, with an overview of business processes and the ability to contribute consciously to the strategic development of organizations.
