Air France KLM Co-Lab 2026 | Sustainability under pressure: the future of air transport between European realities and objectives

The fourth edition of the Co-LAB in collaboration with Air France KLM, a discussion between industry experts on the sustainable development of air transport in an extremely complex and uncertain geopolitical context.

The issue of sustainability in air transport is now part of a geopolitical scenario characterized by international instability, slowdown in ESG policies, changes in energy transition strategies and divergent interpretations of regulations. This framework makes it difficult to align between stakeholders and requires the development of quick and adaptable strategies.

Air France KLM, in light of the path taken with ALTIS in recent years and the results achieved, renews its commitment to the engagement plan with key stakeholders to promote a joint effort towards the sustainable transition of the airline sector.

The goal is clear: to foster collaboration along the entire value chain, capable of maximizing efforts towards responsible management of air transport, starting with the development and dissemination of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).

Sustainable air mobility does not only concern airlines: it is a responsibility that starts from institutions and involves airports, companies, travel managers and travellers. Only through sustainability-oriented choices and strategies will it be possible to transform aviation into an engine of responsible progress, generating concrete benefits for present and future generations.

This will be the theme of the fourth edition of the Collaborative Aviation LAB, an event designed as a space for dialogue and discussion between national and international institutions, airports, carriers, SAF producers, travel managers and companies, with the aim of sharing perspectives and identifying common solutions to continue the path of sustainable transition in air transport.

Event reserved by invitation.
