LEARNING BY DOING 20 July 2026

EMTeSIS Master | Continuous training outside the classroom

Individual and group activities involve participants in active teaching, built on comparison and application.

Continuing education at the EMTeSIS Master

Those who attend an Executive Master's degree bring skills, professional experience and problems encountered in their work to the classroom. EMTeSIS teaching enhances this heritage through workshop activities that ask participants to confront, experiment and get involved directly.

The programme alternates between face-to-face and online moments, individual work and group activities. The knowledge acquired becomes the starting point for analyzing concrete situations, discussing different approaches and applying the tools proposed during the Master.

In the workshops, each participant contributes their own point of view. The comparison between people who work in different organizations and roles makes it possible to observe the same problem from several perspectives and to enrich the common work with skills gained in the field.

The learning by doing methodology runs through the path and also accompanies the development of the Project Work. Module after module, participants are asked to use what they have learned to shape a business project or an organizational improvement program.

The workshops thus make training an active experience, in which new knowledge and professional experience meet and become tools to be brought back into one's work and organization.
