MSBA Master: talents in action on the first recruiting day

The class of the Master in Sustainable Business Administration at the first direct confrontation with the world of work: a positive experience for students and companies

An intense and positive morning was experienced by the class of the Master in Sustainable Business Administration. We have almost reached the end of the classroom work, which is a prelude to the next phases of the course, with the internship.

Before this important step, the personal and professional development course designed specifically for the MSBA also includes a series of  direct comparisons with the world of work.

With this objective, the first ALTIS Recruiting Day was held, a very agile but fruitful format that saw the participation of nine companies with open positions. The organizations were selected by the ALTIS team to offer students targeted contacts based on their interests and paths: Avanzi - Sostenibilità per Azioni, DEKRA Italia, EY, Fondazione Unipolis, Nidec Conversion, Refe - Sustainable Development Strategies, Sintesi Factory, TÜV SÜD and Yamamay.

The feedback from both "observers" was very positive: that of the students, now close to starting their professional careers, and that of the participating companies, always attentive to grasp the aspirations of new talents who could successfully fit into their work group.

It was a pleasure to be able to meet young students, excited to get to know our reality more closely and to tell their stories. Good luck to the professionals of the future!

For us at Dekra it was a real pleasure to take part in this wonderful initiative and meet gritty guys full of desire to get involved.
Good luck to all!

Giulia Petrulli, HR Professional Recruiter - DEKRA Italia

An initiative of great value, which demonstrates how essential it is to create synergies between training and business. The Master in Sustainable Business Administration plays a crucial role in preparing students, providing them with skills and awareness that are immediately applied in concrete moments such as this ALTIS Recruiting Day. Opportunities for direct confrontation with the world of work that represent a fundamental step in building careers that are aware and aligned with the needs of the future. Congratulations to the organizers and participants!
