Thanks to the collaboration with Page Personnel, on numerous occasions our students have participated in Speedy Speeches, simulations of individual interviews led by professionals of the Group for a practical and direct comparison, designed to provide useful tools and effective strategies to deal with the delicate transition to interviews.
Thus the classroom of the ALTIS Masters (in the case of the photo above and the video below, that of the Master in ESG Finance and Investments) is transformed into an ideal context to simulate real selection processes. Divided into groups, students first face a mock group interview through a business case, testing their critical thinking and learning to tackle professional challenges with a concrete and strategic approach.
