The Master's Degree in Accounting, Auditing and Sustainability Reporting (MAAS) is designed for young graduates who want to enter the workforce quickly, particularly in the fields of statutory auditing, management consulting , and administration and control.

 

It was born from the collaboration between ALTIS and EY, with the aim of training technical, rigorous and immediately operational profiles, capable of facing the challenges posed by the new standards of economic-financial reporting and sustainability.

 

The programme combines the academic approach of Università Cattolica with the field experience of EY professionals, with a practice-oriented teaching approach and a strong link with partner companies.

The MAAS Master's Degree is aimed at young graduates or undergraduate students who wish to launch a career in professional services or business functions related to administration, finance, auditing, and control.

 

Admission requirement

• Three-year degree obtained or to be obtained by spring 2026.
 

Preferential requirements

• Background in economic or related disciplines (e.g. business administration, business economics and management, economics and finance, statistics, international economic relations, management engineering, legal-economic sciences).

• Knowledge of the English language (advanced level).

Program

 

The Master's includes five months of classroom training, followed by at least four months of experience in the company.

 

The training course includes a mix of teaching methods:
•    teaching activities anchored to practical analysis
•    testimonials with managers and professionals
•    workshops for the use of the Excel application
•    group work to develop team building and problem solving skills
•    simulations and company visits to develop soft skills

 

The Master is designed to be held in person, to allow you to experience a unique training experience, network and discuss daily with other participants, faculty and witnesses, and to carry out workshops, group work and live simulations.

 

The online channel is used to support face-to-face teaching or as an alternative to face-to-face teaching where the specific activity scheduled on the calendar allows you to benefit from streaming distance learning

 

Classroom training consists of courses divided into thematic paths that will allow you to:

1. Consolidate and apply basic financial statement knowledge

2. Know, learn, and apply basic review knowledge

3. Develop your soft skills

4. Consolidate and apply basic knowledge of accounting and corporate finance

 

In the second part of the classroom training, you can choose to attend courses to acquire skills useful for the professional profile of consultant or manager.

The strategic partnership with EY has been active since the first edition and represents a distinctive element of the training course:

Applications can be submitted via the admission portal, attaching the following documentation. Applications will be evaluated in order of arrival and, if eligible, candidates will be invited for an aptitude interview.

The degree must be obtained by April 2026.

 

Please note: the start date of the university course must be specified: 28 January 2026

The registration fee for the Master is €9,700, to be paid in four installments.  The first instalment of €2,500 is required at the time of enrolment.

 

The benefits cannot be combined and apply upon completion of the Master's enrolment course:

  • Early bird: reduced fee to  8,730 for those who register by 18 November 2025
  • UCSC Alumni: reduced fee to  9,215 for Alumni enrolled in the premium services of the UCSC Alumni Community
  • ALTICS Alumni: reduced fee to  8,245 for ALTIS Alumni already registered in the LinkedIn group at the time of enrolment
  • Employees and children: € 8,245 fee for:

Tuition fee deductions

Pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 23 December 2021, tuition fees are deductible at 19% up to a maximum of € 3,900. The deduction is valid upon presentation of the payment receipts.

If you are a VAT-registered worker, you can deduct from your income the cost of attending the master's degree up to a maximum of €10,000, including travel and accommodation expenses.

Scholarship Application Deadline: November 26, 2025.

Scholarships are assimilated to income from employment and as such subject to taxation. They are therefore to be considered gross of any withholding taxes.

Following admission, candidates will be notified by email and through the admission portal.
Admitted candidates, within 5 days of communication , must upload the payment data of the first instalment and the documents requested in the admission email through the admission portal.

Undergraduate candidates or candidates with a foreign university qualification must complete the pre-enrolment application through the admission portal: once the degree or the Declaration of Value/Diploma Supplement* are considered adequate by the Master's Secretariat, the candidate can proceed with enrolment.

 

* Candidates with a foreign degree must request the Declaration of Value at the Consular Offices of the country where the degree was obtained. If the degree was obtained in an EU country, candidates can apply for the Diploma Supplement directly from their home university; if the degree has been conferred by a faculty approved by the Holy See, it will be necessary to request authentication by the Holy See and subsequent legalization. Please note that the document must be delivered to the Master's Office in the original paper version. (For more information go to the FAQ).

 

The maximum number of admitted participants is set at 40.
The Management reserves the right to increase this number or, in the event of an insufficient number of applications, not to activate the Master's course.
