Executive Master's Degree in Innovation and Sustainability

Overview

A Master's degree to integrate sustainability, innovation and digital transformation into business management.

Companies need figures capable of leading change with up-to-date skills and an integrated vision. Innovation, sustainability and digitalisation can no longer be tackled separately: they must be understood, managed and transformed into strategic levers.

The Executive Master in Innovability®© Management is the first Executive Master in Italy that integrates these three elements into a practical, strategic and business-oriented path. It was born from the joint experience of ALTIS and CETIF, the two centers of excellence of Università Cattolica on sustainable management and digital transformation.

The admission requirement is the possession of a master's degree* (or equivalent foreign qualification) in any discipline and a work experience of at least 3 years.

*It is possible to enrol even if you do not have a master's degree, as an auditor.

In particular, the Executive Master in Innovability® Management is aimed at:

  • Entrepreneurs and top executives interested in understanding how to define business strategies capable of making the most of the potential of the technological and digital transition in favor of a more equitable, inclusive and ecological sustainable development.
  •  Professional figures dedicated to the management of innovation (CIO and innovation manager) and technologies and digital transition (CTO, digital manager, data scientist, digital strategist) who feel the need to fully understand the social and environmental implications related to their role.
  • Professional figures dedicated to sustainability management (sustainability/CSR managers, HSE managers, environmental managers, energy managers, social impact managers), interested in understanding the logic and tools of digital innovation and acquiring tools through which to pursue the SDGs and corporate sustainability objectives.
