WEBINAR 08 March 2022

Managing change in the Non-Profit sector, transforming with digital

ALTIS Università Cattolica, in synergy with TechSoup, has come up with training tools to offer to those Non-Profit operators who want to take up the challenges of the current historical juncture and prepare for those of tomorrow.

The Covid and post-Covid juncture has made the role of Non-Profit organizations as agents of change at the level of communities, territories and society even more visible. This network of local and national realities has been able to seize the challenges that the pandemic scenario has generated with creativity, resilience and industriousness. Yet now we need to take a step further.

Digital  maturity is proving to be key to optimizing one's organizational model and generating an ever-increasing impact on one's beneficiaries. But what are the steps to be taken to move to new operating models and a new work structure?

In order for a mature digital transformation path to be implemented, it is necessary to invest in the skills and knowledge of individuals, the real generators of change in their organizational realities. This is why ALTIS Università Cattolica, in synergy with TechSoup, has come up with training tools to offer to those Non-Profit operators who want to take up the challenges of the current historical juncture and prepare for those of tomorrow.

We look forward to seeing you online on March 8th at 5.00 pm to discuss how Non-Profit organizations can manage change and transform with digital. And what tools they have at their disposal to start this path.
