The EMTESIS Master invites you to the thematic webinar "Data matters! How the culture of data revolutionizes a social enterprise". The event, organized by ALTIS Università Cattolica and Ashoka Italia, offers a moment of reflection on the importance of the culture of data in social enterprises.

The research is showing us with increasing clarity how strategically important it is to support the Italian Non-Profit in the acquisition of an adequate "culture of data", understood as the ability to "think" about one's own organization, having the foresight to collect even a minimal set of information relating to one's activity with constancy, punctuality and precision. It is certainly an expensive effort, which can sometimes appear not very useful, or even incomprehensible, but which can, in reality, direct the organizational strategy and the offer of products and services of a social enterprise. A particular motivation is therefore needed, which only adequately trained management is able to convey along all levels of the organization, to reach the last arrival among the volunteers of the most peripheral offices.

The webinar will be an opportunity to dialogue with some Third Sector realities and highlight experiences , best practices and opportunities, but also the challenges and difficulties encountered during the process of data collection and analysis and the consequent impact assessment.
