ALTIS at the CSR and Social Innovation Exhibition 2022

The program of ALTIS events during the annual appointment on corporate sustainability issues.

Sustainable Connections: this is the theme of the 2022 edition of the CSR and Social Innovation Exhibition, which this year celebrates 10 years of activity. The annual event in Milan will be held this year from 3 to 5 October and, as usual, ALTIS Università Cattolica renews its historic partnership with the Salone with several appointments in the cultural calendar of the event. 3 October 2 pm -3 pm | Resilient supply chains: large companies and SMEs compared

A direct comparison between some large companies and some SMEs operating in their supply chains to understand which are the most effective strategies for a common path towards sustainability. From training activities to awards for the most responsible suppliers: an opportunity to learn more about initiatives that can bring concrete results to achieve increasingly challenging sustainability goals.

When an organization manages to engage and motivate its employees, the results can be seen: employees who share the company's sustainability strategy commit themselves with passion and greater energy to achieve the goals that the organization has set itself. The employee who perceives his or her role as relevant feels an active part of the organization and becomes a true ambassador of sustainability.

The picture of the labor market is rapidly changing and the demand for professionals capable of managing the ecological transition is growing. To bridge the mismatch between supply and demand, it is necessary to quickly adapt the training offer. The meeting will also be an opportunity to present the main results of the "Sustainability Career Compass" research carried out by Sustainability Makers with some Italian universities.
