12 October, 10.00-11.00 | Assessing the impact, an extraordinary action
It is not enough to do, it is increasingly important to evaluate the effects of the activities that are carried out. To do this, it is necessary to define the tools to measure the value produced and involve stakeholders in the measurement process. A cultural change, an opportunity, a commitment that requires new skills: a necessary step to respond to the growing demand for evaluation not only ex post.

12 October, 5.30-6.30 pm | Large-scale distribution and sustainability: comparing strategies
The role of large-scale retail chains is fundamental in guiding consumer choices: this is also why a discussion between companies in the sector on the strategic vision for a sustainable future is particularly interesting. During the meeting, some important brands will offer an articulated reflection on the relationship with suppliers, the link with the community and the territory, the ability to interpret people's expectations.

The ongoing change in the labor market is leading to a profound rethinking of the professions and skills needed. In this rapidly evolving scenario, two factors emerge: the need for certification of skills and the planning of continuous training activities. If it is true that 80% of current professions are destined to change, it is therefore urgent to update the training offer. A meeting to learn about the soft skills and competencies considered most important and understand how the world of training and business are organizing.

The event will try to understand what are the advantages and possible critical issues that derive from the choice to reconcile social mission and economic result.
