WEBINAR 15 April 2021

Being social entrepreneurs in the new normal

ALTIS and Ashoka open a dialogue on the challenges that Third Sector organizations are experiencing today and how social entrepreneurs are equipping themselves to face change.

The non-profit sector has played an extremely important role in the management of the Covid-19 emergency, putting all its energy and resources into responding to the needs of the most vulnerable and excluded sections of the country, thanks to the widespread territorial presence of its organisations. In the same way, it will play a crucial role in the restart: the return to what is now defined by all as the "new normal", in fact, will have to deal with a profound mutation of society at all levels. The social enterprise can become an agent of change in this rebirth, combining in its activity the offer of employment and the production of economic wealth with the promotion of social cohesion and development of the territory.

What are the most urgent and difficult challenges? And what is the contribution of the Third Sector? How to face this era by knowing how to grasp these signals and therefore imprint the change required of each non-profit organization? This moment of discussion is offered by ALTIS Università Cattolica and Ashoka, which for years have been supporting those who wish to generate social impact by training specific skills to enhance a strong entrepreneurial and managerial attitude.
