The entire EMTeSIS path is characterized by the realization of the Project Work. An activity that allows each participant to work on a project related to their professional goals or the needs of their organization. To develop it, everyone can count on the support of an individual tutor.
The tutors come from ManagerItalia Lombardia, ManagerNoProfit OdV and ProSpera Association, historical partners of the Master. They are professionals with solid managerial experience, gained in the for-profit world, who choose to put their skills, method and listening skills at the disposal of the participants' projects.
Individual discussion helps to observe the idea from different perspectives, recognize its strengths and address the issues that arise during its development. The tutor accompanies the participant along the way, helping to transform an intuition or an organizational need into a more structured project.
Many tutors have been collaborating with EMTeSIS for several editions and know well the path that leads from the definition of the idea to the final presentation. In some cases, the relationship born during the Master continues even after the conclusion of the Project Work, turning into a lasting professional confrontation relationship.
Individual coaching thus becomes an important part of the EMTeSIS experience: a space in which to test one's project through dialogue with those who bring with them a long managerial experience.
