An Executive HUB for corporate well-being

Taking care of corporate well-being, today, is no longer an ethical choice of a few but the only possible way for the competitiveness of organizations. Creating a positive environment, in fact, promotes productivity and efficiency, people's motivation and the possibility of contributing to the achievement of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, with a view to creating shared value in the long term. By integrating organizational well-being practices, companies can strengthen their commitment to balanced and responsible growth, demonstrating how caring for people is the basis of business success.


What is the Organizational Well-being and Sustainability HUB?
This is why ALTIS promotes the Organizational Well-being and Sustainability HUB, a place to meet and discuss frontier issues where you can exchange knowledge to grow as a manager and as a company. It is an executive board that aims to bring together academic professors, experts and business managers to offer ideas and stimulate interventions on possible areas of improvement of organizational participation processes and plans for sustainable transition.

The HUB was born from the successful experience of the SWAP Laboratory - Smart Working, Corporate Welfare and Organizational Participation which concluded its work in 2022. A research project that has represented a unicum in the panorama of study activities on these topics. The analysis of the data collected has in fact allowed the development of personalized evaluation and diagnosis reports, useful for companies for a broader reconsideration of some people management indicators.

 

Scientific coordination and areas of investigation

The scientific coordination of the HUB and the investigation and research activities are carried out by professors and researchers from Università Cattolica and ALTIS:

  • Luca Pesenti, associate professor of General Sociology at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences
  • Laura Ferri, Associate Professor in Business Administration at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences
  • Giovanni Scansani, adjunct professor of the Laboratory "Design of Corporate Welfare Plans"
  • Alessia Coeli, general manager ALTIS, Human Resources Referent Profession sustainability.

How to participate
The path of participation in the HUB for companies includes a phase of survey and data collection within your company, a workshop where you can discuss the aggregate results obtained and a final phase customized to your company. The areas of investigation that will be addressed concern the innovation of welfare models, organizational participation and sustainability.
