ALTIS Università Cattolica and ALTIS Advisory have designed and implemented an advanced training course dedicated to ESG issues for Azimut , aimed at members of the Board of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors of some Group companies.
The program is part of the sustainable development strategy of Azimut, a global group active in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Fintech, which integrates sustainability into its activities through three dimensions: commitment to the Community, a "sustainable" investment platform and internal governance oriented towards transparency and reliability.
The scientific direction of the Course was curated by Matteo Pedrini, Full Professor of Corporate Strategy at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and Director of the ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management, and by Stella Gubelli, CEO of ALTIS Advisory srl SB and lecturer at the Faculty of Economics of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart. who state: "We are particularly pleased with this program carried out with a partner such as Azimut, with whom we have been able to deepen an up-to-date, rigorous and operational vision of ESG issues and their multiple implications for all stakeholders. The Azimut ESG Training Program included a series of sessions between October 6 and December 2, 2025, with the participation of ALTIS and ALTIS Advisory professors . The course has been designed to provide a timely update on the European regulatory framework, sustainable finance instruments, impact investing strategies and climate risk management, with a focus on both companies and investors.
