Also for 2024, ALTIS is pleased to be among the partners of the award awarded during the FORUM PA, the important event scheduled from 21 to 23 May, at the Palazzo dei Congressi, in Rome.
The "Color PA Award", which refers to the claim of the 2024 edition of the event (For a color PA), intends to discover and enhance the best projects carried out to make the PA ready to respond to the challenges of the future. The concept of the Forum and the Award are inspired by the metaphor of the prism and the refraction of light in the colors of the visible spectrum, an image that aims to break the classic narrative of a "gray, old and dusty" PA.
7 adjectives have therefore been identified to describe the "PA in color", each of which corresponds to a thematic path of the event and an area of the Award, in which candidates will be able to present their innovative, creative, efficient and sustainable project.
Thanks to the partnership, the winners of the Award will be able to take advantage of a discounted fee of 6,500 euros for enrolment in the MIPA and MIPAC Masters a.y. 2023-24. Applications are open until 15 April.
The candidate project must fall within one of the following areas:
- competent PA. A PA that equips itself to respond to the need to have in-house professionals suitable for managing the change taking place, while at the same time working to accompany skills with an organization in step with the times.
- Welcoming PA. A PA capable of attracting new talent and becoming a workplace that not only guarantees security and professional stability, but also a professionalizing work context full of values and prospects.
- Digital PA. A PA capable of improving the relationship with the citizen, through the use of digital technologies. In particular, candidate projects in this area will have to focus on the theme of digital inclusion.
- Sustainable PA. A PA capable of contributing to the objectives of the green revolution and ecological transition, within the framework of the 2030 Agenda and the National Strategies on sustainable development.
- Simple PA. A PA that introduces actions, processes and tools to simplify interaction with its users and improve the services rendered to citizens and businesses, also through the use of digital technologies.
- Open PA. A PA capable of dialoguing and collaborating with its stakeholders, according to the principles of open government (transparency, integrity, accountability and participation) and governance with the network.
- PA nearby. A PA capable of enabling new development models at urban and territorial level, also through collaboration between central and territorial authorities, as well as between the latter and companies, universities and research institutes active in the area.
During the final event of FORUM PA 2024 (May 23 at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Rome) the winning projects will be announced and awarded, for a maximum of 3 for each Area.
In addition, an additional winning project will be selected by choosing from all those that, candidates in the various Areas, use artificial intelligence systems and will be awarded the "Special AI and PA Award".
