What does it mean to be a leader today? And how much of leadership depends on talent, experience, training and the ability to interpret change? Alumni and professionals will discuss these issues at ALTIS Alumni Workinsights Leadership – "Becoming a leader", the lectio magistralis by Professor Domenico Bodega, organised by ALTIS Università Cattolica.

The event will take place on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, from 6.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m., at the Aula Stucchi of ALTIS, followed by an aperitif. The initiative is reserved for members of the ALTIS Alumni community, who may attend with a colleague interested in the topics of leadership and people management.

Professor Bodega, Full Professor of Business Organisation and former Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, will engage in dialogue with participants on the challenges of leadership in contemporary organisations, exploring the relationship between leadership, new generations, business transformation and managerial responsibility. It will be an opportunity to share experiences, discuss the skills required of today’s leaders and reflect on the changes that are redefining the way we lead people and organisations.

Registration is open. Interested ALTIS Alumni can register using the dedicated form below and participate in a networking and discussion opportunity designed to strengthen the link between Alumni, the University and the world of organisations.
