Sustainability Governance in Italian Unlisted Companies

How is sustainability governed? On Thursday, December 11, 2025, ALTIS Università Cattolica invites you to participate in the event Sustainability Governance in Italian Unlisted Companies, dedicated to in-depth analysis of governance and decision-making processes in Italian companies. The conference will be held at the ALTIS headquarters, in via San Vittore 18, in Milan from 10.00 to 13.00 with a final networking light lunch.

 

During the meeting, there will be the presentation of the book "Deciding for corporate sustainability. Innovative models of governance in Italian unlisted companies" (Franco Angeli), edited by profs. Marco Minciullo, Vittorio Capitani and Matteo Pedrini, which brings together the contributions of various Italian companies engaged in sustainable transition processes. The results of the PRIN 2022 PNRR project "GOST – Governance of Sustainable Transition" (PNRR for Mission 4, Component 2, Investment 1.1. Notice 1409/2022, Funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU. (GOST) - Prot. P2022N3JTK - CUP J53D23015420001).

 

The presentation of the volume will be followed by two round tables with testimonies on decision-making and organizational best practices.
