ForumPA 2024 | Accountability and social reporting: the contribution of public companies to sustainable development

Also in 2024 ALTIS is present at ForumPA, this year dedicated to the evocative theme: "For a PA in color".

In addition to being one of the promoters of the Color PA Award, ALTIS promotes a dialogue on the topic of accountability and social reporting in public administration organizations. 

Each company is responsible for the effects that its action produces towards its interlocutors and the community. This responsibility also requires giving a clear and complete account of it to the various interlocutors, building a relationship of trust and constant dialogue with them. In fact, public bodies are also called upon to do this.

In a context in which transparency in favor of and protection of stakeholders is increasingly promoted as a regulatory requirement (think of the transparency obligation provided for by the Sustainability Transparency Directive – CSRD – aimed at large companies, by Law 208/2015 for benefit corporations, by the Third Sector Reform for large ETS), The intention is to promote reflection also in the public sphere, activating a discussion between "insiders" who will bring their experience in the field of accountability and contribution to sustainable development.
