The "human factor" in the Third Sector: managing people to generate value

The Master in the Third Sector and Social Enterprise of ALTIS Università Cattolica invites you to the thematic webinar "The 'human factor' in the Third Sector: managing people to generate value" on 7 February 2024, from 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

The event, which intends to explore the fundamental issue of human capital management in Third Sector Entities, will be able to count on qualified interventions by academics and professionals from the Non-Profit sector. It will also be an opportunity to present the tenth edition of the Master, starting in May 2024.

The optimal management of collaborators, employees and volunteers is essential for Third Sector entities. Attracting new talent and "retaining" historical collaborators, taking care of the growth of people while respecting the identity of the organization, is a very current challenge for all Non-Profit organizations. A challenge that requires the development of practices oriented towards organizational effectiveness, seeking the right balance that helps to highlight and enhance the training and professional development needs of people, in synergy with the mission of the organizations in which they operate.

Specific skills, tools and models are needed that make it possible to build a clear organisational structure with respect to roles and responsibilities, encourage the full involvement of resources following bottom-up logics and, at the same time, stimulate the process of generating social impact towards which the organisation is oriented.
