PA Value Courses: end day of the courses

The final day of the Valore PA Courses - a training project promoted by INPS and carried out by ALTIS, together with CeCAP, as a qualified entity for the provision of training on behalf of Università Cattolica - will take place in two moments: in the morning the final workshop of the training courses, with three topics on organization, team management and smart communication. In the afternoon, the round table dedicated to change management policies and tools in the PA.

9.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m. | Final workshop of the training courses (reserved for students)

• Improve the quality of public services and organizational performance.
• Team Management: teamwork to innovate the PA.
• Smart Communication: creating editorial communication products to inform and build listening processes.

2.30 pm - 4.30 pm | Closing event Valore PA (open to the public)
