Civil Week 2024. No one excluded: fragility and work

What does "Right to employment inclusion of disadvantaged people" mean today? What is the involvement and point of view of ETS and Companies? What are the opportunities to be seized? This is the theme of the event organized by Manageritalia Lombardia and ALTIS Università Cattolica on the occasion of Civil Week 2024.

We will open the proceedings with Alessia Coeli, General Manager ALTIS, and Paolo Scarpa, President of Manageritalia Lombardia, Alessia Cappello, Councillor for Economic Development of the Municipality of Milan and Giancarla Bonetta, Coordinator Manager for Social Affairs of Manageritalia Lombardia. Valerio Pedroni, President of the Civil Economy Commission of the Municipality of Milan, will introduce us to the key contents of the conference with a scenario analysis.

This will be followed by speeches by the San Carlo Foundation, the E.Va Anti-Violence Center, Cometa, AIAS and SIR Consortium, the ETS that we have selected to tell about some interesting projects carried out in this area. Finally, we invited important stakeholders, such as Fondazione Cariplo, Università Cattolica, KPMG, Fondazione Welfare Ambrosiana and Gi Group, to discuss in a round table on the culture of inclusion in the workplace and the economy of solidarity.
