The second edition of the "Let's break the schemes" award has been launched, an initiative of FPA, a DIGITAL360 Group company, and aimed at all those people who have put the achievement of objectives and results before procedures and obligations, thus choosing out-of-the-box solutions to support change. For the winners, 40% discount on the admission fee to the Masters for the MIPA and MIPAC Public Administrations of ALTIS or for the courses of Valore PA.
The winners will be awarded as part of the FORUM PA 2022, which will be held from 14 to 17 June, with an innovative hybrid format, in presence at the Centro Congressi Auditorium della Tecnica in Rome and online on the FPA live platform. ALTIS Università Cattolica is one of the promoters of the initiative and offers the winners participation in the Executive Masters in Management and Innovation of Central Public Administrations (MIPAC) and Local Public Administrations (MIPA) and in the Valore PA courses.
"The importance of people for the renewal of the PA is now indisputable – underlines Gianni Dominici, General Manager of FPA -. Just think of the importance that new hires, skills and training of public employees are assuming within the path for the implementation of the PNRR. If the PA is to be the engine of the country's recovery, we must start with motivated people with transversal skills, such as emotional intelligence, creative problem solving and critical thinking. The innovator, especially in the PA, is often an 'isolated', a person who tries to bring passion and change to their work but who is not rewarded, due to a culture anchored in fulfillment rather than results and goals. Precisely for this reason we want to give voice to these stories: we bring out the excellences so that they connect with each other and create a system".
