The FamigliaLavoro award is a competition aimed at highlighting the best projects implemented by companies in Lombardy in reconciling the home and work life of its employees.
The award is aimed at highlighting the most recent approaches to corporate social responsibility at an international level.
It has been promoted by the Lombard Region Council and ALTIS with the collaboration of ASAG (Agostino Gemelli Postgraduate School of Psychology, the Ateneo Centre for the study and research on the Family) and a large group of experts in this sector.
The entries have been judged by a jury of professors, consultants, experts in this field and the relevant representatives of public institutions.
The winning companies were awarded their prizes by the director, Roberto Formigoni and Giulio Boscagli, Councillor for Social Affairs, during a ceremony which was held on 16th January in the Giorgio Gaber Auditorium of the Palazzo della Regione Lombardia in Milan.
