The deadline for the submission of the Executive Summary for the GSVC - Italian Round is approaching.
By October 30 team participant has to submit (online) the Executive Summary (ES) to ALTIS.
FamigliaLavoro Award, second edition, 2009
The competition
Enrolments are now open for the FamigliaLavoro award, second edition 2009. A competition with the aim of highlighting the best projects implemented by companies in Lombardy for the reconciliation of work and home life and, starting this year, it is also open to the public sector.
The competition has been devised by the Lombard Region Council and Altis and, following the success of the first edition, the competition will become an annual event. ASAG (Agostino Gemelli Postgraduate School of Psychology, the Ateneo Studi e Ricerche sulla Famiglia Centre) and a large group of experts in this sector will collaborate.
The aim of the competition:
- Highlighting the work undertaken by businesses and public bodies in Lombardy to devise and implement projects for their employees or the community in integrating working life with family life.
- Involving these companies and organisations in an in-depth informative campaign on this subject.
- Supporting them in a process of growth towards greater awareness and advanced policies.
- Incentivising work-family integration policies and practices in Lombardy.
It is easy to take part:
Guidelines to entering the competition; a questionnaire and project presentation form can be downloaded from the Lombard region website: www.premiofamiglialavoro.regione.lombardia.it , in the section "How to enter". The forms may also be requested from the competition secretary.
Schedule and deadlines:
Presentation of the projects: the competition is now open and closes on 16th October 2009. Prize giving ceremony: the winning companies will receive their awards at an event to be held on the 12 of January, at the Palazzo della Regione Lombardia, in the Gaber Auditorium. (The winners will be contacted in time by the competition secretary).
