The "CSR & Sustainability" Division develops research and training projects thanks to a strong network of relationships with Italian companies and foreign centres of excellence. The Division includes Observatories that specialize in Ethical Supply Chain Management, CSR and Public Institutions, and Responsible Consumption.

In today's world economy emerging countries, such as China, India and Brazil, are becoming ever more important and the Mediterranean basin continues to represent an attractive arena for the growth of European companies. In such a context, the Division "Globalization & New Markets" aims at supporting Italian companies in their relationship with emerging markets by forming both Italian and foreign managers. The strengths of this Division include the variegated portfolio of international projects, the development of customized initiatives, the network of partnerships with top training centres in many emerging countries, and the internationally oriented faculty that can deliver lessons both in Italian and in English.

Small and medium-sized enterprises and their organization in industrial districts is a significant and defining element of the Italian economy.
This Division has two objectives: to strengthen the competitiveness and development of this Italian heritage, and to propose this distinctive Italian experience as a model for the growth of business in developing countries.
The Division carries out research and projects focused on Italy and abroad, and collaborates with multiple foreign universities and international institutions.

This Division studies concerning innovative management practices for not-for-profit organisations such as associations, foundations, NGOs, cooperatives, charitable organisations and religious. It is interested specifically in the following management disciplines as they apply to the not for profit sector: accounting and budgeting; social accounting and mission reporting; communication and marketing; strategy; human resources management; planning and control systems; partnerships with public administration and for profit businesses; fund-raising; taxation; legal issues.

Finance is a fundamental building block for the development of both domestic and international economic players, and its tools are of particular importance to the businesses and banks of emerging countries.
It is in this perspective that the Division designs research, projects and educational initiatives relevant for domestic and international contexts and useful for multiple audiences including private investors, financial ventures and banks.
The Division works in the partnership with financial brokers, industry and professional associations, research centres and public institutions.

Public Administrations play a crucial role in the social and economic growth of a country. The "Public Management" Division is interested in management issues as they pertain to government and works in close cooperation with public agencies to provide solutions to the challenges faced by local and national public administrations, utilities and publicly administered companies, agencies and institutions. This goal is reached through the proposal of new conceptual paradigms and the development of innovative and participative public management tools that may contribute to the effectivness of the public sector.
