Executive Master's in SMEs and Competitivity

Overview

Custom-designed for entrepreneurs, sons and daughters of entrepreneurs and managers involved in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

First level university Master's Degree, VIth edition

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

The Master's program is designed to foster the skills necessary to manage the processes of growth and organisational and technological innovation, relations with banks and the generational shift in small and medium-sized enterprises.

CHARACTERISTICS

Compatibility with employment:

  • only 2 classroom days for each subject and the remainder of the learning is delivered via dedicated web platform. In this way the participant decides where and when to study in the month which separates one classroom session from the next.

A high degree of practical applicability:

  • Continual requirement to apply issues emerging in the classroom to the realities of real companie
  • The field project will focus on an aspect which is relevant to the future of the business of the participant, and thus, while learning, there is also a long-term contribution to the company
  • Numerous opportunities to meet with protagonists of successful case histories, thanks to partnerships with CDO, Confapi and the San Michele Valore Impresa Association
  • Highly qualified lecturers specialising in SMEs

Inter-generational Focus:

  • An entire module of the course is dedicated to generational shift. The participation of the entrepreneur and son/daughter (or collaborator) - encouraged by a considerable economic incentive for a second enrolment - allows for a shared moment of reflection and analysis concerning the business, with the aim of rethinking strategy, organisational structure and management systems

This year again the Master's has received very positive feed-back from participants who appreciated both the impact on improvement in corporate management and the ability to create new projects.
