Social Innovation and Work-Life Balance

The Division studies the role of business in fostering human development (economic, social and intergenerational) with reference both to changes in the social system as a whole, and the development of individuals who work and interact within it. It deals, in particular, with developing models of work-family conciliation in business and providing training and consultancy regarding the topic of developing a modern system of corporate welfare. In the recently established division, activities have come together that were previously managed by other divisions, in particular by the CSR.
